CMA tech presents the new one
The series valve ball grinding machines DIAMANTE they were designed for machining balls with metal-to-metal sealing and coated in hard material or CBN.
The grinding tool cup can accommodate both abrasive stones and diamond pads and has been designed to process the widest range of spheres possible with the same cup.
All models are equipped with a SIEMENS 840 D CNC and are equipped with a RENISHAW probe for the fastest cup/ball centering operation.
The largest version can process spheres of ø2400 mm.

We establish solid relationships with our partners by designing and implementing their ideas with extremely personalized and tailor-made support, trying to offer advantageous technical solutions.
Our machines are customized in consideration of the Customer's requests, which is possible thanks to the skills and experience of our Technical Office.
We are also able to make the 100% mechanical parts in-house at our machine tool department.
The complete assembly of the DIAMANTE is carried out in our workshop, then a team of specialized technicians takes care of the installation at the end customer.
The course is held by one of our electronic technicians and has the aim of instructing the customer on the correct use of the machine.
During this course, machining tests are also carried out on sample pieces.
