INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data)

Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, we inform you that CMA tec processes the personal data of customers, suppliers, collaborators and subjects who have voluntarily communicated in person and/or via forms, telephone, fax or e-mail. email their personal data to our offices, based on the principles of correctness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights.

According to the law indicated (ref. Art. 2 - Purpose), the Data Controller guarantees that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.

In compliance with the art. 13 of this code, CMA tec informs that the data provided will be subject to the following processing: collection, processing, selection, extraction, comparison, magnetic and non-magnetic storage (in any case suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality), in order to build an archive for sending informative material on the activities and initiatives promoted by CMA tec, also by means of an electronic newsletter sent to the email address provided. The data will not be communicated to other parties, nor will it be disseminated.

The provision of data is mandatory, in order to be able to offer the service or services requested. Any refusal to provide such data could result in the failure or partial execution of the service.

The processing of personal data takes place using both paper and computer media with observance of every precautionary measure, in order to guarantee security and confidentiality. The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.

CMA tec also informs that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree n°196/2003, the interested party has the right to know, update, rectify or delete their data or oppose the use of the same, if processed in violation of the law.
